End of Semester Information
I hope all is well with you.
Only a few days left until the end of the semester! Here is the schedule for next week. Since Regents were canceled, the student schedule is adjusted for next week. This will allow staff to update grades, prepare for next semester and begin scheduling students for the spring semester. You will receive scheduling information later next week to make an appointment or to notify you that it is completed.
Also, students do need to stay for the day unless there is an extenuating circumstance, which we know does happen, that cause them to need to leave. If this is the case, please contact the school to let us know. It is important that students stay the day so they can complete and submit as much work as possible.
1/24-Last day to submit all course work and finals for classes (A/B/C). You will attend your classes as it is a regular day. Work will not be accepted after 4:00 pm.
1/25-Last day to submit work and finals for Regents classes only. You will attend the class for your Regents. Students are dismissed after 7th PD. Work will not be accepted after 2:00 pm. C week students are not in attendance. Only A/B week students that are scheduled for a Regents class will be in.
1/26-No students in the building.-staff day
1/27-No students in the building-staff day
1/28-No students in the building-staff day
1/31-Staff Development Day- No students
2/1-Lunar New Year-No school
2/2-Start of the spring semester- A/B week
